Die Wohnug ist insgesamt 130 qm gross über 2 Etagen, mit Kamin, Dachterrasse, grossem Wohnzimmer, eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner, Lift in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch an 3 S Bahn Haltestellen ( jede innerhalb von 5 min erreichbar) S5, S7 und S16 Die Tramlinie 10 Richtung Innenstadt/UNI Irchel und ETH ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt gegenüber (Migros, Coop und Denner) und am Flughafen. Es gibt einige schöne Laufstrecken und das Schwimmbad ist 3 min entfernt

Its located near 3 S-Bahn station S5, S7 and S16 as well as Tram 10 to uni Irchel and ETH. There are a lot of shopping opportunities in walking distance as well as a swimming pool.

Unsere schöne Dachgeschosswohnung liegt im Grünen von der Straße versetzt, ca. 5 min. vom Flughafen Zürich sowie ebenfalls in kurzer Entfernung (5min) zu den Bahnhöfen Glattbrugg, Opfikon und Kloten (Balsberg).
Die Busse 762, 759 und 768 fahren gleich um die Ecke ab. Coop und Migros sind auf der anderen Straßenseite. An Sonn- und Feiertagen kannst du auch problemlos am Flughafen Coop/Migro einkaufen gehen. 400m entfernt befindet sich ein Freibad sowie der angrenzende Hardtwald laden zum joggen ein.
