Die Wohnung, das Zimmer
Die Wohnung ist mit 156 m² sehr gross, entspricht dem Minienergiestandard, hat eine moderne, grosse Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler etc.), zwei Badezimmer, ein grosses Wohnzimmer und einen ruhigen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Im Wohnzimmer kann man Filme schauen und auf dem grossen Sofa chillen. Am runden Tisch ist Platz zum Essen, Basteln, Arbeiten… Es ist eine Genossenschaftswohnung (Kraftwerk 1) und es gibt zusätzliche Gemeinschaftsräume im Haus.
Das Zimmer ist 12m2 gross und hat ein Fenster mit Blick auf dem Garten. Eventuell kann man die Möbel (Regal, Bett und Matratze) übernehmen, aber wir können das Zimmer auch leeren.
Monatliche Miete sind 660 CHf alles inklusive. Als Genossenschafter:in musst du ein Anteilkapital von 12'000 CHF einzahlen mit der Möglichkeit auf Reduktion bi zu 5'000 CHF. Das ist viel Geld - Hier können wir zusammen eine Lösung finden.

The apartment, the room
The apartment is very large (156 m²) corresponds to the Minienergiestandard, has a modern, large kitchen (incl. dishwasher etc.), two bathrooms, a large living room and a quiet balcony with garden view. In the living room you can watch movies and chill on the big sofa. At the round table there is space for eating, crafting, working... It is a cooperative apartment (Kraftwerk 1) and there are additional common rooms in the house.
The room has the size of 12m2 and has a window overlooking the garden. Possibly you can take over the furniture (shelf, bed and mattress), but we can also empty the room.
Monthly rent is 660 CHf all inclusive. As a member of the cooperative you have to pay a share capital of 12'000 CHF with the possibility of reduction up to 5'000 CHF. This is a lot of money - here we can find a solution together.
Die Lage
Bushaltestelle "Heizenholz" ist direkt vor der Haustür. Bus Nr. 46 und 89. In 20 Minuten mit dem Bus bis zum Hauptbahnhof, ETH um die Ecke (Fahrrad 10 Min), 5 Minuten zum Einkaufen mit dem Bus am Meierhofplatz (Coop, Denner, Migros), und 15 Minuten nach Altstetten. Um das Haus ist viel Garten, Wald und Wiesen, Grillstellen, Sportplätze und ein Fussballplatz am Haus. Eine Laufstrecke zum Joggen startet gleich um die Ecke.

The location
Bus stop "Heizenholz" is directly in front of the house. Bus No. 46 and 89. 20 minutes by bus to the main station, ETH around the corner (bike 10 min), 5 minutes to shopping by bus at Meierhofplatz (Coop, Denner, Migros), and 15 minutes to Altstetten. Around the house is a lot of garden area, the forest and meadows, barbecue areas, sports fields and a soccer field at the house. A running track for jogging starts just around the corner.
Wer wir sind
Wir sind ein lustiger, lebendiger Haufen - alle 30 aufwärts. Xander macht seit diesem Jahr ein neues Studium an der PH-Luzern, um Sekundarlehrperson zu werden. Sobald er Zeit hat, ist er in den Bergen unterwegs oder im Wald Pilze am Sammeln. Anne, arbeitet in einem Bauteilwiederverwendungs-Büro und organisiert gerne Selbstbauprojekte. Auch bebackt sie uns gerne mit Zucchini-Kuchen. Stefan, arbeitet als IT-Teamleiter und spielt gerne Beachvolleyball und reist gerade durch Zentral-Amerika. Anna-Lena ist Sozialpädagogin und angehende Psychologie- Studentin und in ihrer Freizeit boxt sie gerne oder trinkt gerne Tee. Johanna wohnt auch im Haus und kommt gerne vorbei, um ihre Pflanzen, die noch hier stehen, zu giessen. Valentina, die hier auch lange gewohnt hat, schneit immer mal wieder vorbei und bleibt manchmal über Nacht. Joris, der jetzt auszieht, wird bestimmt mal für ein Kaffee oder ein gemeinsames Nachtessen vorbeikommen.
Wir sind keine Zwecks-WG und unternehmen immer wieder zusammen Dinge wie Kochen, Trinken, Essen, Party, Wandern, Joggen... was halt gerade so passt. In der WG haben wir ein Gemüseabo bei Ortoloco, ein solidarischer Landwirtschaftsbetrieb in Dietikon, wo wir regelmässig Einsätze leisten. Bei dem Abo solltest du dich auch gern beteiligen Es ist aber nicht immer etwas los und jede*r schätzt auch die eigene Privatsphäre. Du wohnst hier in einer Genossenschaft. Im Haus gibt es ein Miniladen 24/7, ein Atelier/Werkstatt, Garten mit Gemüsebeet, einen Musikraum, eine Sauna... Es ist ein sehr gemeinschaftliches Wohnen mit gelegentlich gemeinsamen Essen und Festen. Zweimal im Jahr helfen wir alle beim Aktionstag im Haus mit. Es ist alles freiwillig.

Who we are
We are a fun, lively bunch - all 30 upwards. Xander is doing a new study at the PH-Lucerne since this year to become a secondary teacher. As soon as he has time, he is out in the mountains or mushroom picking in the forest. Anne, works in a an architecture office specialized in reuse and likes to organize hands-on projects. She also likes to bake us zucchini cakes. Stefan, works as an IT team leader and likes to play beach volleyball and is currently traveling through Central America. Anna-Lena is a social pedagogue and prospective psychology student. In her free time she likes to box or drink tea. Johanna also lives in the house and likes to come by to water her plants that are still here. Valentina, who also lived here for a long time, snows by every now and then and sometimes stays overnight. Joris, who is now moving out, will definitely drop by for a coffee or dinner.
We often do things together like cooking, drinking, eating, partying, hiking, jogging... whatever fits. In the WG we have a vegetable subscription with Ortoloco, a solidarity farm in Dietikon, where we regularly work. Everyone appreciates their own privacy. You live here in a cooperative. In the house there is a mini store 24/7, a studio/workshop, garden with vegetable patch, a music room, a sauna.... It is very communal living with occasional meals and parties together. Twice a year we all help with the action day at the house. It is all voluntary.
