Das Zimmer hat 16m2, Parkettboden und ist mit einem grossen Pax-Kleiderschrank, einem Bett und einer Kommode möbliert. Die Möbel wurden alle im November 2023 neu gekauft. Einzugsdatum ist Anfang Mai, wir sind aber ein wenig flexibel.

Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG und hat eine kleine aber feine Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und angrenzendem Balkon. Im Keller gibt es ein Abteil, einen Platz fürs Fahrrad sowie 2 Waschmaschinen und 2 Trockner.

Die WG ist nur 3 min vom Goldbrunnenplatz entfernt und dadurch sehr gut angebunden. Ausserdem befinden sich viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere moderne 2er WG nahe Goldbrunnenplatz.

Ich bin Anika, 28 Jahre und arbeite als Ernährungswissenschaftlerin in Zürich. In meiner Freizeit unternehme ich gerne viel mit Freunden, koche ab und zu mal oder mache Sport, zB. Tennis, Spinning oder gehe laufen. Ich würde mich freuen, eine Mitbewohnerin zu finden, mit der ich ab und zu auch mal etwas unternehmen kann.
