Ab 1. Dezember suche ich nach einem/einer Nachfolger/in für unsere 3er-Altbau-WG im Kreis 5. Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer und 2 Balkone (Wonzimmer & Küche). Wohnzimmer und Küche sind zudem sehr grosszügig. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller!
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ~18m² gross und hat einen Altbau-Einbauschrank.
Warmmiete (incl. wasser/strom/internet/kabel-tv) beträgt 1,050 CHF/Monat (~875 EUR/Monat). Als Kaution verlangt der Vermieter 2 Monatsmieten.

Im Kreis 5 und in der Ecke Escher-Wyss-Platz gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Optimal angebunden für öv, z.B. Hardbrücke (S-Bahn) und Escher-Wyss-Platz (Tram 4,13,17).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls genug vorhanden (Migros, Coop).
