Hallo neue/r Mitbewohner/in
Mein schön helles Zimmer mit etwa 14qm ist unmöbliert ab dem 01.04.2019 frei und ist mindestens bis zum 30. September 2019 für 790CHF zu vermieten. Das Mietverhältnis für die Zeit danach ist offen, der Vermieter möchte unsere Etage Ende 2019 noch sanieren. Die Kündigungsfrist seinerseits beträgt 6 Monate. Das Zimmer mit Altbaucharme hat an den Wänden einen Stuckrand und Parkettboden. WLAN hat es natürlich auch. Unser gemeinsames Wohnzimmer lädt mit Esstisch, Sofa und Fernseher zum gemeinsamen Verweilen ein. Die Küche hat mit Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld und Kühlschrank/TK-Kombi alles notwendige zu bieten. Bad und Toilette sind separat, so kommt man sich auch morgens nicht in die Quere. Die Waschküche im Keller kann ohne Plan genutzt werden. Das Highlight ist unsere riesige Dachterasse mit Blick über Oerlikon.
Hey new flatmate
My sunny 14sqm room is unfurnished and at least free from the 1st of April 2019 until the 30th of September. The time afterwards is unsure, the landlord is planning to renovate the flat sometime in late 2019. We do share a livingroom with a table for guests, a couch and TV. You can use our WIFI internet the shared kitchen, the separate bath and toilet as well as the laundry room downstairs. The Highlight of our flat ist the huge roof terrace!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreis 11, Oerlikon. Direkt vor dem Haus bist du in einer Minute an der Tram/ Bus Haltestelle Sternen Oerlikon. In 5 Minuten kannst du zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Oerlikon laufen. Von dort erreichst du in 6 Minuten den HBF. In direkter Nähe befinden sich Coop, Alnatura, Lidl, Bäcker, Restaurants, Pubs etc.
The flat is located in Zürich Oerlikon, Kreis 11. You live 1min from the tram and busstation Sternen Oerlikon. By foot you need 5 minutes to the Trainsation Bahnhof Oerlikon. From there you reach the Mainstation Zürich HB in 6 minutes. For food-shopping, restaurants and pubs you are living right in the center and don’t need to walk far.
Ich, Jasmin, räume mein Zimmer zum Monatsende, da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehen werde. Deine zwei neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind super umgänglich und unkompliziert. Christa unsere kreative Hobbyfotografin studiert Architektur und ist dementsprechend unter der Woche seltener im Sonnenlicht anzutreffen. Stephi macht ein Trainee-Jahr und ist sonst viel sportlich mit schwimmen, joggen und dem Snowboard unterwegs. Gerne wird zusammen in der Küche philosophiert, frei nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss.
I, Jasmin, will leave my room because I found a shared flat for my boyfriend and I. Your two new flatladys are super nice and easy-going. Christa is doing her Bachelor in Architecture and therefor quite busy. Stephi is in her Trainee year and loves to spend her free time with different sports. It is always nice to spend some time together in the kitchen, with Social cohabitation everything is possible, nothing forced.
