I am subletting my room for the summer as I visit Canada until September. Room includes bed, study table, storage cabinet, and two clothes rack. Storage space also available in the cellar. Flat is located in front of a bus stop with 5 minute connection to Seebach and 5 minute walk to Rumlang Bahnof from flat. September) in einer modernen vollständig möblierten 3-Zimmerwohnung mit Bad, Wohnzimmer, Balkon und Küche mit Spülmaschine. Ich untervermiete mein Schlafzimmer, da ich während dieser Zeit nach Kanada reise. Mein Zimmer beinhaltet ein Bett, ein Tisch mit Stuhl, Gestell und zwei Kleiderständer mit Rollen. Die Wohnung teilst du mit meiner 25-jährigen Mitbewohnerin die als Consultant arbeitet offen, freundlich und sehr umgänglich ist. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten und die Nutzung der Waschmaschine. Lagermöglichkeit im Keller ist verfügbar falls gewünscht. Die Wohnung befindet sich gleich bei der Bushaltestelle Gemeindehaus mit welcher Seebach in 5min zu erreichen ist oder der Bahnhof Rümlang zu Fuss in 5min. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls direkt vor dem Haus. Falls Fragen vorhanden sind schreib mir einfach eine Nachricht.
