We are searching for the next tenant of our bright and spacious flat at Luegislandstrasse 23a, 8051 Zürich, shared with two more people, PhD student and a master student.
It has a really good standard (all refurbished in 2014), wooden floor everywhere besides the kitchen, the toilet (seperate) and bathroom (with bath tub).
The flat is directly (3min) from the tram station Schörlistrasse (Trams 7 and 9). Bus 75 and 61/62 are also very close.
5 minutes by foot to Schwamendingerplatz with Coop, Migros, Denner,...
The airport and the HB are easily reachable - even Hönggerberg is near.
With the possibility to enter the main tenancy contract.

wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere helle und geräumige Wohnung an der Luegislandstrasse 23a, 8051 Zürich, welchen du dir mit zwei weiteren Mietbwohnern, eine Doktorandin und ein Master-Student, teilst.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen guten Standart und ist sehr gut erhalten (2014 renoviert), Parkettboden überall ausser in Küche, Bad und Toilette (separat).
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Tramhaltestelle Schörlistrasse (Tramlinien 7 und 9). Die Busse 75 und 61/62 sind auch sehr nah.
Der Schwamendingerplatz ist 5min entfernt und bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop, Migros, Denner,?).
Der HB und der Flughafen sind gut erreichbar - sogar bis zum Hönggerberg ist es schnell.
Hauptsächlich suchen wir nun eine Person für Juli und August, aber auch Leute die Interesse haben permament für mindestens ein Jahr zu wohnen können sich bei uns melden.
