Hallo zusammen,
Da ich kurzfristig aus Zürich ziehe, biete ich mein gemütliches WG- Zimmer für 1-2 Monate zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung ist 133qm groß, hell, gut geschnitten, und besteht aus 5.5 Zimmern, mit 2 Badezimmern und einem sehr großzügigen Ess- und Wohnbereich. Wir befinden uns im EG. Das Gebäude wurde im Jahre 2007 gebaut.
Die Küche ist sehr groß, voll ausgestattet und kann quasi auch als Wohnzimmer mitbenutzt werden. Die WG wird mit 2 freundlichen Jungen (Student und Doktorand) und einem sehr freundlichen Mädchen (beruflich aktiv) geteilt.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben. Natürlich kannst du auch weiterhin deine eigenen Möbel benutzen. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad sind zur Mitbenutzung.

Since I have to postpone my arrival to Zurich, I offer my cozy room for 3 months for temporary rent.
The apartment is 133sqm in size, bright, well finished, and consists of 5.5 rooms, with 2 bathrooms and a very spacious dining and living area. We are located on the ground floor. The residence was built in 2007!
The kitchen is very large, fully equipped and can also be shared as a living room. The flat is shared with 2 friendly guys (Master and PhD student) and a very pleasant girl (professionally active).
The room is given furnished. Of course, you can still use your own furniture. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared.
Die Wohnung liegt in Wallisellen, einem direkten Vorort von Zürich. Es ist 5 min von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Herti (Tram 12) entfernt. Von dort ist Zürich HBF in 20 min zu erreichen. Das Gebiet ist auch sehr nah an einem Stadtpark, Sport und kommerziellen Einrichtungen. Der Flughafen ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in Wallisellen, a suburb of Zurich. It is 5 minutes from the tram stop Herti (Tram 12). From there it is possible to reach HBF in 20 minutes. The area is also very close to a city park, sports and commercial facilities. The airport is also very close by.
Das Haus wird mit 3 netten Jungs geteilt. Einer ist Student, einer schreibt seine Doktorarbeit und der andere arbeitet. Diese sportlichen jungen Männer sind fröhlich, freundlich und unkompliziert. Das ist ihnen wichtig: Essen, Gemeinschaft, Sport und Freiheit.

The house is shared with 3 nice guys. One is a student, one writes his doctoral thesis and the other works. These athletic young men are cheerful, friendly and uncomplicated. This is important to them: food, community, sports and freedom.
