Die Wohnung ist unmittelbar am schönen Goldbrunnenplatz inmitten des Szene-Viertels Wiedikon.
In 2-5 min. sind Migros oder Coop zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Bahnhofstrasse oder zum Zürisee sind es nur 8 min. mit der Tram. ETH und Uni sind durch die gute Anbindung auch in 15-20 min. zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah zum Üetliberg wo man gut Joggen, Biken oder einfach in der Natur sein kann.
Das freie Zimmer (unmöbiliert) ist 14m2 groß und ist dank zwei grosser Fenster lichtdurchflutet. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3.5-Zimmer, mit einem großen Wohnzimmer. Ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne und einer grossen Küche mit Spülmaschine + Balkon der zum Goldbrunnenplatz zeigt.
Die Miete beträgt 1150 CHF für das Zimmer (in Miete enthalten sind Jahresendabrechnung der Nebenkosten, Strom, Tel/TV/Internet (inkl. Billag), Telefonie innerhalb der Schweiz gratis). Es ist eine Kaution von 2200 CHF zu hinterlegen. Der Rest der Wohnung (Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad) ist möbliert, gut ausgestattet, und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden. Wenn du möchtest können wir uns auch eine Putzhilfe teilen die wöchent- oder zweiwöchentlich kommt.

ENGLISCH:
The apartment is located at the Inner City border, directly at "Goldbrunnenplatz". There is a Coop and Migros in 3-5 min. walking distance which is quite convenient. From Goldbrunnenplatz to Bahnhofstrasse or the Lake Zürich it’s an 8min Tram ride only. ETH and the University are easy to reach withinin 15 to 20 min. The location is quiet and the „Üetliberg“ is near in case you like to go biking or jogging outside.
The free room is 14m2 with 2 big windows. The apartment itself is a 3.5 room apartment with a big living room for us. It has one bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is quite big with a balcony towards Goldbrunnenplatz.
I am a quiet and easy going roommate. Loves to cook and being active. I am Male, German/French and in my mid-30s.
The room is 1150 CHF (including the end year additional expenses, electricity, Tel/TV/Internet (incl. BILLAG), phone calls in Switzerland free) . There will be a deposit of 2200 CHF. The rest of the apartment is furnished and the kitchen is well equipped so you can use everything I already have. If you want we could also a share a ccleaning lady who make once a week or twice a month a big cleaning.
