Hello everyone,
we are looking for a new flatmate in our 3-person Dachwohnung WG in Zurich,
Wipkingen. You would be living with a ETH PhD student (M/30) and a medical
doctor (F/27).
The flat is big 4.5 rooms (~120m2) and is located on the last (5th) floor of
the building. The flat has two bathrooms (one with a shower cabin, the other
with a big tub). A washing machine and a tumbler are also present in the flat
so no need to use the one provided by the building. Within the flat there are
two small rooms which serve as storage space (as well as a occasional
couch-surfer sleeping space).
Starting from 01.07.2015, we have a room available for rent. The room is ~14m2
and, in case you want it, there is furniture in the room up for grabs (a
mattress, small shelves and such). The rent of CHF 1100/month includes heating,
internet and cleaning lady costs.
The flat is close to all the relevant facilities (pharmacy 50m, COOP and Migros
100m, bus and train stations 150m). Our flat is only 5 minutes away from the Letten (
swimming!).
The shared space of the flat is larg, cozy and enjoyable. There is a big living
room + kitchen where we usually hang out and project movies onto the wall. The
living room has a big balcony which is always filled with light (whenever
Zurich weather graces us with some sun) so we BBQ there quite often in the
warmer periods of the year..
