We are very clean and want, somebody respects the cleanness.
Non smoker.
The furnished room (see pics attached) has around 15qm with a big window. Your room has an own TV connection. The WIFI internet is super fast. The Kitchen has all facilities we need to cook. There is also a dish washer and a washing machine with a dryer in the kitchen. Your shared bathroom has two lavatories and a big bathtub. You share your bathroom only with 1 lady. There will be a cleaning lady coming every second week for proper cleaning of the apartment. We have a roof top at our apartment, but no livingroom. Usually we meet in the fully equipped kitchen while cooking and eating.
Im Stadtteil Zürich Seefeld (Kreuzplatz) vermiete ich in ruhiger und sehr zentraler Lage ein möbliertes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon. Es ist ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken und ein separates WC mit Dusche und Lavobo vorhanden zum teilen. Du teilst dein Badezimmer mir 1 Frau. Es ist kein Wohnzimmer für die Gemeinnutzung vorhanden, da erfahrungsgemäss nicht genutzt wird. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Dachterasse. Die Küche ist mit Granitabdeckung, Geschirrspüler und eigener Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner ausgestattet. Bodenbeläge sind aus Naturstein und Parkett. Die gesamte Wohnung ist neu schneeweiss gestrichen inkl. Holzwerk und Türen. Die Parkettböden sind abgeschliffen und neu versiegelt. Durch die grossen Fenster ist die gesamte Wohnung sehr hell. Jedes Zimmer hat einen TV Anschluss. Das internet ist sehr schnell. Die Putzfrau kommt alle zwei Wochen für den Grossputz der Wohnung.

In Seefeld at a quite central location, which is close to the Zürich lake (5min) but also to the main train station, Bellevue ect. The public transportation is next to the apartment 2 minutes walking distance). Coop, Migros and other shopping centers are around the corner.
Die Wohnung liegt im Seefeld an super zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage Nähe Kreuzplatz (nähe Bahnhof Stadelhofen, ZuriSee ect). Die Wohnung ist 2 Gehminuten von der Tramhaltestelle (mit Nachtbusanschluss) und wenige Fussminuten von diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Zum Zürichsee braucht man auch nur wenige Gehminuten.
We are two (f) around 35, working and being active in our free time. International mindset :) I travel often.
