Es handelt sich hier um eine 4-Zimmer-Wohnung. Das frei werdende möblierte Zimmer ist ca.10 qm gross und hat alles was man braucht. Das Zimmer kann auch befristet genutzt werden.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und auch sehr zentral. Supermärkte sind ungefähr 3min. entfernt. Der Botanische Garten und der Zürichsee sind gleich um die Ecke. Zum Hauptbahnhof kommt man in 10 min. mit der 31 oder mit der 11.
Meine Mitbewohner kochen sehr gerne zusammen oder gucken auch mal im Wohnzimmer einen Film. Trotzdem legen sie viel Wert auf Privatsphäre und Sauberkeit. Zurzeit lebt Najib in der Wohnung. Er ist im Bereich Informatik-Security zuständig. Ab Mai kommt noch eine andere Mitbewohnerin hinzu, die ein Pharmazie Praktikum macht. Das Zimmer wäre ab sofort frei.
