Hi there!
We are looking for a new female/male roommate in our 4-person shared apartment (WG) in the area of Zurich Enge. The room is 17.5sqm (190 sqft), 1'310 CHF in monthly rent, and available starting August 01 (likely, you will even be able to move in late July).
The entire apartment is 167sqm (1'800 sqft), resides in a beautiful villa/castle, has a balcony, comes with lake view and is located near Bahnhof Wollishofen (7 tram stops from Paradeplatz). We have one shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms, which works out very well. We are equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, dining table, a beamer and a guestroom. The lake, the closest grocery store, and public transport are all just 2 minutes walking distance away.
We are three male Consultants in their end 20s / early 30s – looking for you, the fourth person, to live with us. Even though we all tend to be quite busy and sometimes work on projects outside Zurich , we still like to have dinner or go out together every now and then and appreciate someone who likes to share the apartment also socially. All three of us are native Germans, laid back, have global mindsets and like to travel. Ideally, you are also a long-term tenant, i.e. ideally someone with a fixed working / PhD position in Zurich.
