I would like to offer a room of 17 m2 in a completely renovated 75 m2 apartment (3,5) with 2 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen, large bad with washing machine / dryer and a beautiful terrace of 50 m2 just above!, storage and room for bikes also found in the building, which is very centrally located in Stauffacher at Bäckerstrasse, you can find in the surroundings 5 trams, shops, and it is a 5min walk from the main station. We are only two apartments in the building and neighbors are awesome!. Price is 1290 CHF. A deposit will be required.
My roommate left the apartment after great years together and you'd have the possibility to move in, you can also keep the furniture in the room. Me: 34, working full time as an architect and I love to enjoy life in Zurich. I speak English, German and Spanish.
