Hallo Leute,
wir vermieten ein oder zwei Zimmer in einer 4er WG für den Monat April im wunderschönen Wiedikon. Die Wohnung ist in Sicht- aber nicht in Hörweite vom Idaplatz, also super gelegen. Wir sind eine sehr entspannte WG und sehr offen.
Ein Zimmer ist 20 m2 gross, sehr schön hell und besitzt den Zugang zum Balkon (Foto): 850 CHF
Das andere Zimmer 14 m2 gross plus separates Bad (Foto kommt noch) : 625 CHF
Wir würden die Zimmer zusammen für 1400 CHF vermieten.
Teilmöbliert bedeutet in diesem Fall, dass wir euch ein paar Sachen stellen können, aber dass die Zimmer nicht komplett ausgestattet sind. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Matraze und ein Regal bzw. Schrank. Weitere Möbel wie z.B.Tisch und Stuhl können wir wahrscheinlich auch organisieren.
Es gibt alle möglichen Tram, Bus, Bahn haltestellen in Laufweite. Ausserdem diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Ausserdem ist im April die Gelateria di Berna wieder offen, also super Eis direkt um die Ecke.

We offer one or two rooms in a 4-person flat for the month of April in beautiful Wiedikon. The apartment is in sight, but not within earshot of Idaplatz, a great location. We are a very relaxed shared flat and very open.
One room is 20 m2, very bright and has access to the balcony (photo): 850 CHF
The other room 14 m2 plus separate bathroom (photo is still to come): 625 CHF
We would rent the rooms together for 1400 CHF.
Partly furnished in this case means that we can provide you some things, but that the rooms are not fully equipped. Each room has a mattress and a shelf or cupboard. Other furniture such as table and chair we can probably organize.
There are all kinds of tram, bus, train stops within walking distance. In addition, various shops, restaurants and bars. In addition, the Gelateria di Berna is open again in April, which means great ice cream right around the corner.
