Ab dem 01.04.2022 suche ich eine/n MitbewohnerIN. Das Zimmer ist 17 Quadratmeter (ganze Wohnung ca. 65 qm) mit einer grossen Terasse. Da es eine WG Neugründung ist, haben wir genügend Spielraum für unsere Kreativität. Die Möbel werden teilweise vom Vermieter gestellt bzw abgekauft.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 1300 CHF. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht.
From April 1st, 2022 I am looking for a roommate. The room is 17 square meters (whole apartment about 65 square meters) with a large terrace. Since it is a newly founded flat share, we have enough scope for our creativity. Some of the furniture is provided or bought by the landlord.

Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Gehminuten von der Tramhaltestelle Wetlistrasse, sowie 9 Gehminuten vom Unispital Balgrist entfernt. Supermärkte sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from the Wetlistrasse tram stop and a 9-minute walk from the Balgrist University Hospital. Supermarkets are also in the immediate vicinity.
Ich bin 32 Jahre alt und und arbeite im Gesundheitssektor.
In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne, lerne neue Sprachen, Sport oder bin irgendwo in der Natur unterwegs. Abends bin ich immer wieder für ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu haben.
