Two friends, looking for a place to live until August 2024.

We are two friends, 40 years old, looking for a place to live until August 2024. Both musicians, one of us living in Berlin for eight years now and the other one has been here since last year. We are freelancer and student-freelancer with stable finances. We are non-smokers and have no pets, and we would also be happy to share WG with more people. We are looking for a place with two separate rooms and a kitchen as a common area. Prefarebale neighbourhoods are around Ostkreuz, Fridrichshain, Neukoln, Kreuzberg or Prenzlauenberg, but we are considering others too, especially if it has good connections. Cherishing a healthy way of living and slowing down as soon as we get home, we are perfect tenets.
We like to cook, meditate, go out to concerts and theatres, and we have no plan to have loud parties in our home. We are looking for a friendly, quiet place to share everyday life, a cosy, private place to recharge and relax.
