Hi :) I am looking for a flat for myself, i work remotely so like to use my own space as an office for calls etc. becaus I work with many different time zones. I am into sports and cooking! If anyone even wanted to sublease their apartment long term for a number of years from their landlord and keep the lease so they have the option of moving back i am very cool with that :)
I currently live in a WG which i love very much and have become very close to my flatmates. I dont really want to leave but just because i sometimes work strange hours with the states and in east asia I would like to be able to take video calls in the middle of the night without the fear of waking up my lovely housemates.
I really respect spaces and think they are very important, I would also love my own to call it home so even if it was a long term sublet… you would be getting your place back even better than you left it :)
