Ich würde meine schöne Wohnung gegen eine etwas größere tauschen, falls sich was findet. Die Anbindung in (fast?) alle Richtungen ist super! die Rummelsburger Bucht ist ums Eck und der Kiez ist schön. Die Küche ist neu und hat sogar eine Spülmaschine! Vielleicht ergibt sich ja mal was:)
