Ich bin Pianist, 55 Jahre, geniesse eine Frührente vom Ausland(als Klavierdozent in Brasilien)und engagiere mich mit Kunst und Musik demnächst in Berlin. Suche ab 01.02.2014 eine Wohnung in Berlin wo man Klavierspieln darf, mit unbefristeten Mitvertrag. Eine 1.1/2 bis 2.1/2 Zimmerwohnung in EG oder 1.OG mit Geschäft unten ist Mal passend. Miete von 350,- bis 450,- kalt. Grene in Moabit, Steglitz/Friedenau,oder Kreuzberg aber auch andere Gegende. Freue mich über Euer Kontakt.
