We are a couple from New York City, USA. We are currently in a flat in Neukölln and the owner's good friend is moving back soon, so we have to move out. He likes us and is a good man, so he is being flexible with the date. We have between now and 15 October to move, but the sooner the better. We are looking for a furnished flat until 21 November.
To tell you a little about us, I own a few properties that I rent in the New York area, and my fiancee is a fashion designer for private clients. We are very neat and will take very good care of your apartment! Can you please send photos, tell us the location, if there is a clothes washer, how many flights of stairs up it is, and whether WiFi wireless internet is included?
