Young Couple Seeking Short-Term Flat - Berlin (Location Flexible)

We are a young couple (Computer Engineer and Social Sciences MA Student) seeking a short-term (around 5-6 months) rental. We are flexible with location, but no ideally no further south than Schöneberg. We are only searching for furnished flats. We would like a minimum of 2 rooms, minimum 55m^2.
We are both clean and quiet people, definitely not partiers. We are friendly, and we always pay the rent on time :) We are looking for approximately €750 warm rent, but will consider a higher rent close to Gesundbrunnen.

Er (30 Jahre alt) ist ein Computer Ingenieur und ich (26 Jahre alt) bin ein Masters Studentin bei der FU Berlin. Wir sind ruhige, ordentliche, und freundliche Leute.
