Two person appartment

I am looking for a lovely roomy flat, where I can live together with my best friend, who is also currently living in Berlin. I am looking for a place where I can workout and relax. We are looking for two separated bedrooms, both with a two-person bed, a closet and a little nightstand. Our own furnished bathroom and kitchen. preferable with a bath and dishwasher. We would also like to have WiFi.

Preferable size of the flat is 30 m2, but it doesn't matter if it is less. The maximum we want to pay together is 700 euro a month, since we will both be students studying Dance. We would like to move in, at the end of august. Preferable for a year.

My best friend, Lana and I both come for the Netherlands, Amsterdam. Land has already been studying in Berlin for the last year, and at the end of this summer, I will join her. We are both interested in making a career in dancing.
