Hallo, wir sind eine nette Gruppe von Freunden und suchen ab dem 1. Februar eine Wohnung, in der wir die nächsten Jahre wohnen werden. Jeder kann die Miete zahlen, kann die letzten drei Lohnabrechnungen und eine saubere SCHUFA (request now) -Kreditauskunft vorlegen und unser maximales Budget liegt bei 1200 €.

Wir haben einige Möbelstücke, also interessieren wir uns für eine leere Wohnung oder teilweise möbliert.

Wir können uns auf den genauen Einzugstermin einigen, aber es kann nicht mehr als eine Woche vor oder Ende Februar sein.

Alle sprechen perfekt Englisch und Wakako auch fließend Deutsch. Niemand raucht.

Hello, we are a nice group of friends and from the 1 of February, we are looking for a flat where live for the next years. Everyone is able to pay the rent, can provide the last three payslips and a clean SCHUFA (request now) credit report and our maximum budget is € 1200.

We have some pieces of furniture, so we are interested in an empty flat or partially furnished.

We can agree on the exact date of moving in, but it cannot be more than one week before or later the beginning of February.

Everyone perfectly speaks English Wakako also fluent German. Nobody smokes.
