Looking for 1-2 Room Flat good (30 minutes) connection to Schlesisches Tor

Hi, I'm working as a designer with a permanent (unlimited) contract here in Berlin and looking for a place that I can call home. I would like the apartment to be in 30 minutes public transport proximity to Schlesisches Tor as I'm working near that. I also would like to have a supermarket close by to the apartment.

I'm looking for an unfurnished place, above ground floor, with 1 (with separate kitchen) or 2 rooms, hopefully with EBK, would like to have connections both for dishwasher and washing machine, a lot of light (not interested in flats with small windows stuck in the corner of the room), renovated and/or in well situation.

I am extremely clean and tidy, I take care of the places I live in very very well. I have lived in the USA and the Netherlands in this last two years and I'm living on my own for the last three years. I don't party at home, respectful to my neighbors. I love to cook and bake, so a decent sized kitchen is really important to me. I don't have a pet, and I don't plan to have one. I am single.

I can pay €900 warm rent (maybe a bit more if the place is really nice); my salary is not three times €900 but I always pay my rent on time, never had a problem with that for the last three years. I can pay 2 months rent + first installment of the deposit before moving in, to give you a guarantee. I will also get two big pay raises in March and again in September.

I would be really happy if you can let me know, if you have a place like I describe.
