2 IT professionals looking for a 2 bedroom flat

Hallo! Ich bin Varun und arbeite als Data Scientist bei Blinkist (Neukölln). Ich suche eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (langfristig), die zwischen einem Freund von mir (Ashish) und mir (2 Personen) geteilt wird. Wir bevorzugen es, in einer möblierten / teilweise möblierten Umgebung zu leben, sind aber auch offen für unmöblierte Orte.

Wir sind 26 (ich) und 29 (Ashish) alt. Wir sind beide berufstätig und haben sehr gute und stabile IT-Jobs. Wir sind neu in Berlin (<1 Jahr alt), aber wir sind bereit, es zumindest für die nächsten Jahre unser Zuhause zu nennen. :) :)

Wir möchten unseren Platz ordentlich, respektvoll und voller guter Stimmung halten. Wir mögen manchmal kleine und respektvolle Treffen mit unseren Freunden, aber wir stellen sicher, dass dies so respektvoll gemacht wird.

Wir gehen gerne essen / trinken, sprechen über neue Ideen, Kultur, Geschäft, Karriere und im Grunde alles, was unsere wissenschaftlichen Köpfe beschäftigen kann. Ich habe zuvor in verschiedenen Teilen Indiens, einigen Städten in den USA, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) und jetzt in Berlin gelebt. Ashish stammt aus der großartigen Stadt Mumbai und hat in Kuala Lumpur und jetzt in Berlin gelebt. Natürlich nehmen wir Vielfalt an und sind aufgrund unserer multikulturellen Erfahrungen sehr respektvoll.

Ashish kann Englisch und eine gute Menge Deutsch sprechen, zusammen mit über 6 indischen Sprachen! Ich spreche Englisch und Hindi und habe gerade angefangen, Deutsch zu lernen.

Hello! I am Varun and I work as a Data Scientist at Blinkist (Neukölln). I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment (long term) which will be shared between a friend of mine (Ashish) and myself (2 people). We prefer to live in a furnished/partly furnished setting but are open to unfurnished places as well.

We are aged 26 (myself) and 29 (Ashish). Both of us are working professionals and have very good and stable IT jobs. We are new to Berlin (<1 year old) but we are ready to call it our home, at least for the next few years. :)

We like to keep our place neat, respectful and full of good vibes. We like to have small and respectful gatherings with our friends at times, but we make sure that it is done so respectfully.

We like to go out to eat/drink, talk about new ideas, culture, business, career and basically anything that can keep our scientific minds engaged. I have previously lived in various parts of India, a couple of cities in USA, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), and now Berlin. Ashish comes from the magnificent city, Mumbai, and has lived in Kuala Lumpur, and now Berlin. Naturally, we embrace diversity and are very respectful because of our multi-cultural experiences.

Ashish can speak in English and a good amount of German, along with over 6 Indian languages! I speak in English and Hindi, and I have just started to learn German.
