I am new to Berlin. I would like to find an affordable long term flat, (or 3 month one while I find a long term one), preferebly near Baumshulenweg, but happy with anywhere on Ring Bahn or S8, S9, S45 or S46.
I am employed full time and mostly work in Baumschulenweg.
I am a non smoker.
I am 39, so my crazy party days are behind me.
If sharing I respect the personal space of others and would be looking for flatmates that do he same, but would also enjoy the occasional meal/beer/activity together. Say once a week.
