Ich suche aufgrund Trennung eine neue Wohnung. Ich bin 42, Beamter, habe zwei Wohnungskatzen, bin Nichtraucher und auch sonst recht pflegeleicht.
Ich wünsche mir eine langfristige Bleibe; darum ist mir ein nettes Umfeld und eine gute Ausstattung wichtig. Ein Balkon wäre auch super.
