Hello! I've relocated to Berlin from Washington, DC for a full-time position. Although I have temporary housing at the moment, I am seeking a longer-term apartment (at least 6 months or longer) beginning in August 2022 or September 2022 - my moving dates can be flexible. Ideally, I am looking for a 2-room apartment and my budget is maximum $1350 (including utilities). I'm happy to provide any documentation or deposit, as necessary. As a homeowner and landlord myself, I understand the importance of maintaining a clean home, being respectful to neighbors and caring for an apartment as if it were my own.
