2 rooms for 2 Buddys

Moiin,
wir sind Julius (26) und Franka (23) und sind beste Mitbewohner*innen.
Momentan wohnen wir im Pott und beenden dort beides unseren Bachelor. Julius in PPÖ und Franka in Psychologie. Wir ziehen beide im Oktober nach Berlin und da wir seit fast 4 Jahren entspannt zusammen wohnen und wissen, was für ein Luxus das ist, wollen wir auch weiterhin zusammen wohnen.

Was wir suchen:
2 Wg-Zimmer in einer entspannten Wg oder eine Wohnung, in der man gut zu 2. wohnen kann.
Gerne unbefristet und unmöbliert, da wir unser Zeug ja selbst mitbringen aber auch befristete Wohnmöglichkeiten kommen für uns in Frage (9 Monate +).
Für uns wäre das optimale Einzugsdatum zwischen 15.09-15.10.

Wer sind wir:
Julius ist gerade 26 geworden und wird seinen Master in Berlin machen. Er trinkt gerne Kaffee und Rotwein, liest viel und diskutiert gerne über Philosophie und die Welt. Für einen Filmeabend oder zum zocken ist er sich nie zu schade und kann wunderbare Gerichte zaubern, wenn er nur will.
Franka wird im Sommer 24 und wird ihre Bachelorarbeit in Berlin fertig schreiben. Dort wird sie außerdem Praktika machen bevor es für sie mit dem Master weitergeht. Sie geht sehr gerne tanzen, bastelt viel, fotografiert und hat anders viele Stream-Services, die sie gerne teilt. Sie macht es sich insgesamt gerne kuschelig und schön in der Wohnung.

Wir und 1 WG-Life:
Da wir nun schon lange zusammen wohnen, haben wir uns eine Routine entwickelt, was aber nicht bedeutet soll, dass sich das nicht auch noch ändern kann.
Tendenziell leben wir nach dem Motto: Alles kann nichts muss.
Wir sind sehr gut befreundet, aber erwarten das nicht von einer WG. Man kann auch sehr gut zusammen wohnen ohne sich sehr dicke anzufreunden. Uns ist ein offener Umgang viel wichtiger und das man Themen auch ansprechen kann, sich kritisieren und zuhören kann. Gern manchen wir etwas zusammen in der WG aber lassen uns auch viel Raum und Privatsphäre. Jede*r wie sie oder er es braucht.
Zum Thema Sauberkeit. Wir beide mögen es ordentlich, aber gehen das Thema entspannt an. Gerne passen wir uns Putzplänen an, aber falls du die sauberste Person der Erde sein solltest und das Thema dir extrem wichtig ist, sind wir wahrscheinlich nicht deine beste Wahl.

Außerdem bringen wir gerne einiges an Sachen mit für Küche und Wohnung, aber das können wir ja noch besprechen.

Moiin,
we are Julius (26) and Franka (23) and are best flatmates. At the moment we live in the Ruhr area and are both finishing our bachelor's degree there. Julius in PPÖ and Franka in Psychology. We are moving to Berlin in October and since we have been living together for almost 4 years and know what a luxury it is, we plan to continue living together.

What we are looking for:
2 Wg-rooms in a relaxed Wg or an apartment.
Preferably indefinite and unfurnished, because we bring our stuff ourselves but also temporary housing options come into question for us (9 months +).
For us, the optimal move-in date would be between 15.09-15.10.

Who are we:
Julius just turned 26 and will do his master's in Berlin. He likes to drink coffee and red wine, reads a lot and likes to discuss philosophy and the world. He is never too busy for a movie night or to play video games and can conjure up wonderful dishes if he only wants to.
Franka will be 24 in summer and will finish her bachelor thesis in Berlin. There she will also do internships before continuing with her master's degree. She loves to go dancing, crafts a lot, takes photos, and has a huge set of streaming services that she loves to share. She overall likes to make it cozy and nice in the apartment.

Us and Wg-life
Since we've been living together for a long time now, we've developed a routine, but that doesn't mean it can't change.
We tend to live according to the motto: Everything can nothing must.
We are very good friends, but don't expect that from a shared flat. You can also live together very well without becoming very close friends. It is much more important for us to be open and to be able to talk about topics, to criticize and to listen to each other. We like to do something together in the WG but also leave us a lot of space and privacy. Each as she or he needs it.
On the subject of cleanliness. We both like it tidy, but approach the subject in a relaxed way. We like to adapt to cleaning schedules, but if you are the cleanest person on earth and the subject is extremely important to you, we are probably not your best choice.

Also, we like to bring some stuff for the kitchen and apartment, but we can discuss that.
