Finding an apartment in Boon

I am an invited scientist of German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE). I will go to Germany from China on the September 17th of this year. I am not smoking and have no pet. Most time I will stay in my institution. My salary is given by MPI(Max Plank Institution) and I can pay the rent on time. I plan to stay in Germany for about one year or soon.

I want to rent an apartment(one room or two rooms)and the earliset move in on September 20th. The size of apartment is from 30 to 45 m2. If it is furnished, the rent is not above € 600. I do not need TV set, parking and garden. The balcony is desired but not necessary. while I need heating. If the location of the apartment is far from DZNE, the traffic should facilitate.
