Ich suche eine Wohnung mit mindestens 3 Zimmern (ab 70 qm) mit Balkon in der Bonner Altstadt, Castell, Südstadt oder Weststadt. Bestenfalls mit Garage/Stellplatz.
Optional biete ich eine Maisonette-/Loftartige Wohnung mit Stellplatz (TG) in der Altstadt zum Tausch an (ca. 700 Euro warm). Weitere Details gerne bei Bedarf.
