Looking for a long term rent in Dachau or nearby (~30km)

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

mein Name ist Paris Campanon.
Ich suche eine Wohnung in der Nähe meines Arbeitsplatzes in Dachau.

Ich bin ein junger, motivierter und hart arbeitender Mann und komme ursprünglich aus Spanien, möchte mir jetzt aber in Deutschland ein Leben und eine Zukunft aufbauen.

Hierzu einige Fakten über meine Person:

- ich lebe allein
- ich bin Nichtraucher
- ich lerne aktiv Deutsch und spreche es auch schon ein wenig
- aufgrund meiner Arbeit, reise ich sehr viel und habe deswegen auch keine Haustiere

About me:

I'm a 35 years male from Spain moving to Dachau for work, I don't smoke, drink socially but don't get drunk, enjoyer of nature and have respect for other people rest as I would like they do for me. I'm a hard worker person developing my career and that's what made my come to Deutschland.

Why I'm moving to Dachau:

I'm working for a worldwide company which have a couple of workshops in Deutschland as they were in the need of people for a position that suit my studies I accepted moving here, so I already come with a work contract.

What I'm looking for:

I'm looking for a long term rent in the city of Dachau or like 30km around.
I wish for a 2 rooms flat (bedroom+living room) with at least bed and sofa also with bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen.

I'm willing to pay around 700€ + park place for my car.
