Ruhige, solvente Akademikerfamilie (30 und 31) sucht 3-4ZKB-Whg. in Darmstadt. Min.70qm und bis 1100€ warm. Zu unserer Familie zählt unser Sohn (16 M) und eine liebe Hündin (9 J). EBK wäre schön, ist aber nicht zwingend erforderlich, Balkon o. Gartenmitnutzung erwünscht, Bad mit Wanne wäre hervorragend!
