18 year old linguistics student from Ireland(speaks German/French

Hi I am looking for somewhere to stay in Dortmund. I will be studying linguistics there and I love learning languages. I do not speak fluent german but I speak it well, and I also speak French and a little Spanish.
I am looking for somewhere central, with a maximum budget of 300 euros (preferably 150-250 euros per month) The room must have furniture. Also I need somewhere where I have privacy, because when I study, I have to talk to myself. So if this would annoy you, then please do not send a request.
I am looking for somewhere. Everything must be no more than 300 euros, including electricity, water, heating etc. The room must have internet also. Of course you must speak English, because I am not fluent in german. If you like learning languages, travelling and other cultures, we would be good friends :) I am very open to other cultures, so race does not matter ;)
