Nordlicht goes Dortmund. Ich suche eine helle Wohnung mit Balkon oder Terrasse, mindestens 2,5 Zimmer und 55qm und dem besonderen "etwas"! Die Kaltmiete sollte nicht 350 € übersteigen. Ich ziehe aus beruflichen Gründen nach Dortmund. Das Einkommen ist also gesichert. Haustiere hab ich keine und ich ziehe allein ein.
