• The apartment gets at least three hours of 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 a day.
• And 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻. I’m no housemaid. I don’t wanna have to deal with rodents or insects.
• Own bathroom, accessible 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 leaving the apartment.
• The shower fits one full-grown adult minimum. I.e. the shower tray is at least 80 cm × 80 cm.
• 𝗡𝗼 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Neither tap water, nor the rooms are electrically heated.

Your future tenant:
• single
• no pets
• doesn’t smoke
• empty Schufa (request now) record (last copy obtained 2020‑12‑01)
• private liability insurance covering damages regarding rentals is present

My future landlord:
• adheres to CA GOV § 12955
