Eigene Wohnung innerhalb einer Wohngemeinschaft für eine Studentin

we are a working couple (physicist and anesthetist) with an adult daughter. We live with 2 old cats in a beautiful large house with a wonderful garden. The house is centrally located in Freiberg near the Donatsturm. You can get to the university in just a few minutes by bike. We are looking for a roommate who is independent, can be alone a few days a week and also looks after our cats, i.e. feeds them twice a day and cuddles them sometimes. The cats are outdoor cats and have their own entrance.

We offer a beautiful apartment in a large, converted attic of around 70 square meters with a modern flat screen TV, 50 Mbit Internet (WLAN and LAN), bed, closet, a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and dishwasher and a great bathroom with shower , sink, toilet and bidet. We will rearrange the apartment according to your wishes. If you bring your own furniture, that's no problem, we can handle it. In the basement there is a fully automatic washing machine and a dryer for shared use. The living space is open and offers a seating area, an area for office work and an area with a large bed. The heating is based on a heat pump. There is also a large wood-burning fireplace in the center. From this apartment you have a great view over Freiberg.

We are communicative, experienced in shared flats and don't get on each other's nerves either. We travel a lot throughout the week. So you also have a lot of time for yourself. Sometimes at the weekend everyone gets together and we cook.

All in all, it will cost you 350 euros per month for rent with a notice period of 1 month. At the end you just have to clean the apartment.

In the last 4 years we have had 2 students from the Philippines and France. If you are interested, we can put you in touch with them so that you can ask the former residents a few questions.

wir sind ein berufstätiges Paar (Physiker und Anästhesistin) mit einer erwachsenen Tochter. Wir leben mit 2 alten Katzen in einem wunderschönen großen Haus mit einem herrlichen Garten. Das Haus befindet sich zentral gelegen in Freiberg nahe dem Donatsturm. Zur Uni ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin, die selbständig ist, auch ein paar Tage pro Woche alleine sein kann und sich dabei auch um unsere Katzen kümmert, d.h. 2 mal pro Tag füttert und auch mal schmust. Die Katzen sind Freigänger und haben ihren eigenen Eingang.

Dafür bieten wir eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einem großen ausgebauten Dachgeschoss von rund 70qm mit einem modernem Flat TV, 50 MBit Internet (WLAN und LAN), Bett, Schrank, mit einer Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Elektroherd und Spülmaschine und einem tollen Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette und Bidet. Die Wohnung räumen wir nach deinen Wünschen um. Wenn Du eigene Möbel mitbringst, ist das kein Problem, das kriegen wir hin. Im Keller befinden sich zur Mitbenutzung ein Waschvollautomat und ein Trockner. Der Wohnraum ist offen und bietet eine Sitzecke, einem Bereich für Büroarbeiten und einen Bereich mit einem großen Bett. Die Heizung basiert auf einer Wärmepumpe. Zusätzlich befindet sich zentral ein großer Holzkamin. Von dieser Wohnung hat man einen tollen Blick über Freiberg.

Wir sind kommunikativ, WG-erfahren und gehen uns aber auch nicht auf die Nerven. Wir sind die Woche über viel unterwegs. Du hast also auch viel Zeit für dich. Am Wochenende treffen sich manchmal alle und es wird bei uns gekocht.

Es kostet dich alles in allem 350 Euro pro Monat Warmmiete mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 1 Monat. Am Schluss muss du die Wohnung nur reinigen.

In den letzten 4 Jahren hatten wir 2 Studentinnen von den Philippinen und aus Frankreich. Bei Interesse können wir Kontakte zu ihnen herstellen, damit du auch ein paar Fragen an die ehemaligen Bewohnerinnen stellen kannst.
