A small cellar room five minutes from Stadtgarten.
There are three people living in the flatshare already, one girl and two boys, they are all German. The flat has a small kitchen, a shower room and a bathroom. It's in the basement of a Herdern house with another flatshare and a family in the appartments on the other floors.
Herdern, Freiburg.
Bus Station "Immentalstraße" is two minutes away, there you can take bus 17 into town. If you walk it takes you about twenty minutes to get to Siegesdenkmal. Overall it's a very quiet area with the forest close by. The closest supermarket, bank and bar are all five minutes away in Herdern Centre.
The place is rented out by the couple living on the first floor. The basement flatshare has it's own kitchen, shower and bathroom and four living rooms. The three other tenants are Lars, Tamar and Jonathan, all really sound people in their twenties currently doing a degree/ Ausbildung in Freiburg.
If you're interested, please try to be available for a viewing on 28th of February. Send me a message saying when you'd be able to come over and look at the room. If you could only visit in the beginning of March you should still contact me, but people who visit on the 28th will be preferred.
