Friedliebender, unverheirateter Mann, Teamleiter bei TeamViewer sucht eine geräumige Wohnung in Göppingen/Plochingen/Stuttgart

Hallo! Guten Tag!

Für einen neuen Job bin ich von Hamburg nach Stuttgart gezogen. Ich suche eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit maximal 1000 € Warmmiete in einer ruhigen Gegend im Raum Göppingen/Stuttgart/Plochingen. Ich arbeite als Senior Data Scientist bei TeamViewer und beschäftige mich in meiner Freizeit gerne mit meinen Gadgets. Keine Haustiere, keine Partys oder lauter Lärm, pünktliche Zahlung garantiert. Ich habe ein Auto und brauche eine Wohnung mit Parkplatz. Mein Deutsch ist noch nicht gut, aber ich nehme jetzt Kurse und mache langsam Fortschritte :)

Gehaltsabrechnungen/Schufa (request now) auf Anfrage. Ich wäre Ihnen sehr dankbar, wenn Sie mich als möglichen Mieter in Betracht ziehen würden.

For a new job I have moved from Hamburg to Stuttgart. I am looking for a 2 room apartment with maximum 1000 € warm rent in a peaceful locality around Goppingen/Stuttgart/Plochingen regions. I work as a Senior Data Scientist in TeamViewer and like to work with my gadgets in my free time. No pets, no partying or loud noise, timely payment guaranteed. I have a car and need an apartment with parking. My German is not good yet, but I am taking courses now and slowly progressing :)
