apartment wanted, for female researcher (American), age 36

I am a responsible postdoctoral researcher searching for a 1-2 bedroom apartment (furnished or partially furnished). Basic requirements include: full kitchen, washing machine, wardrobe, bed, etc. Looking for a place that is within cycling distance of the central campus (ideally in Innenstadt, or just outside of Innenstadt) on a quiet street. I prefer a place that has a lot of natural light, and with friendly (and relatively quiet) neighbors. Ideally the flat will have a balcony or garden.

I currently have a nice studio apartment in Sudstadt, but it is too small for my liking. I prefer an apartment that is within at least 45m²-70m².
