Ich ziehe im Oktober für mein Masterstudium von Bayern nach Halle und bin deshalb auf Wohnungssuche.
Ich suche eine Wohnung mit 1,5 bis 2 Zimmern und Balkon.
Eine Einbauküche (ggfalls zum Ablösen) sollte vorhanden sein.
Wichtig ist mir eine zentrale und uninahe Lage, am liebsten Nördliche Innenstadt oder Paulusviertel.
Preisvorstellung: bis 400€ warm.
Mietbeginn: Mitte September oder Anfang Oktober.
