Hello,
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Heidelberg University's Math Institute - a single male, late 20s, non-smoker, don't have pets, a fairly quiet calm and clean person.
I am urgently looking for a 1.5 or 2 room apartment starting 01.06.2022 (or slightly earlier, say mid-May). Would prefer to find something within 1100 Euros per month. Would prefer something long term (at least a few months) since I will be in Heidelberg for 1.5-2 years. Looking for furnished (fully or partly) apartments with a kitchen (I cook a few times a week).
I moved to Germany in September 2021 after finishing my PhD (in math) in USA. My academic webpage is https://mitul-islam.github.io/ . I am originally from India. My German in prety weak but I have started learning and hope to get better soon.
Other Interests - films and documentaries, books, working out (in a gym or outdoors, not the house), planning to learn martial arts. I enjoy talking to people but fairly quiet in general.
