Wohnung in Köln

Guten Tag,

my name is Guido and I am an engineer that works at Ford in Merkenich; for this reason an apartment in the city centre, especially in an area well connected with public transport would be ideal.

I am a no-smoker and I don't have pets, besides, I can consider myself a clean and tidy person, hence I would treat the apartment accordingly. On request, I can provide my latest payslips, my previous landlords references and any other required document.

I am looking for an apartment starting from the 1st of July, even though I am pretty flexible about the dates. The ideal would be a fully furnished apartment in the city centre/Nippes/Erhenfeld area.

I will be living there with my girlfriend, which is a nurse and also has a full time job in Köln. Besides, she speaks very good German (I am currently learning it and I got to leave B2), therefore language won't be an issue.

It would be great to arrange a viewing, so that we can meet in person and I can see the flat.
