Eine großzügige und schöne 5 Zimmer Altbauwohnung, zentrale gelegen je nach Zimmer ruhig. Die WG (eine24,34, 36, 44 Jährige) suchen eine neue Mitbewohner. Es gibt 1 freies Zimmer (ca.30 qm ),. Es werden bevorzugt Berufstätige, Doktoranden und/oder Referendare gesucht.....wichtig für den neuen potentiellen Mitbewohner ist, dass dieser an einer gepflegte und sauberen Umgebung interessiert ist....Putzplan ist obligatorisch....Es gibt eine große Wohnküche zum Leben und Wohnen...wir freuen uns auf Euch.....Wir sind keine reine Zweckgemeinschaft sondern würden auch Mal gerne zusammen Kochen oder Spielerabende oder Kneipentouren machen....
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Luisenpark. Es gibt 4 Verschiedene Strassenbahnlinien die am Haus vorbeifahren, die OEG Nr. 5, Linie 7, 2, 4. Zur Uni und in die Stadt sind es paar Rad-Bahn ca. 10 Minuten weg.
