Hi! My boyfriend and I are currently searching for a new apartment to move in together. My name is Lorenza (23) and I’m working as a graphic designer here in Munich while Andrea (23) is currently finishing his master degree in mathematics at TUM. We’re both from Italy and have been living in Munich since the end of 2021. We are both no-smokers, have no pets and are looking for a mid-term lease (6-8 months). Our preferred languages are English and Italian, but we’re also currently learning german.
Optimal apartment parameters would be for us:
- 2+ rooms (> 30 square meters)
- balcony / terrace
- up to 1500 € warm
- moving in 01.09 (flexible)
