Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer neuen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, ca. 40-60 qm ab 01.08. oder 01.09.2009 ruhig aber zentral gelegen zu einem Warmmietpreis von max. 650 euro pro Monat.
Am liebsten in Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt, Au-Heidhausen, Laim, Schwabing oder Milbertshofen, aber auch in jedem anderen, zentrumsnahen Stadtteil mit guten MVV-Verbindungen.
Ausstattung: Etagenwohnung, EBK, Idealerweise mit Balkon
