Looking for an long-term apartment in Munich-Dr. Ming Fu

I am working at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universtität München (Amalienstr. 54
D-80799 München) as Post-doctor from 01. 09. 2013. And I plan to work here until the August, 2015 (two years). My job is stable and I can pay the rent on time every month.

Now I am living in an apartment with a short-term rent contract (two months only), I am looking for an long-term apartment which can be rented from 01 Nov. 2013 (Or several days earlier or latter).

Normally I am busy in the lab of the university. My wife will stay in the house alone very often, both of us are non-smokers.
