Ich (21 Jahre, Beamtin) suche eine Wohnung aus seriöser Hand. Die Wohnung sollte mind. 40 qm groß sein, über ein Bad mit Fenster verfügen und ruhig gelegen sein. Zentrale Lage, bevorzugt Schwabing, Maxvorstadt, Ludwigsvorstadt, usw.
Ich bin Nichtraucherin, habe keine Haustiere. Gute S-Bahn-Anbindung erwünscht.
