A single apartment, 2 years, Chinese student, Start 01.Oct.2015

I am a Chinese young man and will study at Technische Universitaet München this year. I am going

to München at September or October 2015. But now I am still in Beijing China, and I cannot speak

German (I applied for an international program in TUM which just required English skill).

I am looking for a single apartment with bathroom and kitchen, which is near TUM，for a period of 2 years. I will just cook something simple in kitchen for breakfast. I'm not a smoker and will not make noise. I promise to pay rent on time. I also have a self insurance certificate from Deutsche Bank.

The problems are that I cannot go to visit your apartment by myself and I cannot speak German.
